  • Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Minor color or texture variations due to screen or lighting differences

  • Items marked as final sale or custom-made

Refund Process

  • Once your claim is approved, we’ll initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit instead, based on product availability and your preference.

Return Shipping

  • If a return is required, we’ll guide you through the process.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by Decovante only for damaged or incorrect items.
